Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products
If your product arrives damaged or fails to meet your expectations within the first 30 days of use, we are committed to making it right. Here’s how:

• Replacement for Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement immediately. Please return the damaged item to us using the provided shipping label.
• Refund for Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days for a full refund. (Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging.)

Shipping Delays Compensation
We understand the importance of timely delivery. If your product does not arrive within the expected time frame, we offer the following compensations:

Delay of 5+ days: Receive a $20 refund.
Delay of 10+ days: Receive a $30 refund.

Order Cancellation
